Vanilla yogurt Protein smoothie

 Ingredients:
  • ½ cup skim milk or soy milk
  • 6-ounce nonfat vanilla yogurt,
  • ¾ cup or frozen berries
  • 2 scoop of Nutramino Whey Protein Vanilla
metod:

1.In a blender, combine, all ingredints. Blend until smooth.
