Ingredients:
- 3 cups washed and dried fresh baby spinach
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 5 boiled eggs (cooled and peeled)
Dressing:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt

1.Cut tomatoes and eggs into wedges and arrange on top of spinach.
2.In a bowl or jar, whisk together vinegar, oil, salt and honey. Drizzle dressing over salad.
